We maintain a roster of designers who have been fully briefed in the use of our corporate identity and who have agreed to certain standards.
Colleagues are urged to use these designers in order to comply with our guidelines and to ensure consistency in the quality and design of our corporate publications.
We are happy to recommend a designer appropriate to your needs.
The roster has been agreed by representatives of faculties and central services, working with the Publications Office.
New designers who wish to join the roster are given the opportunity to pitch for specified jobs and are added to the roster with the agreement of faculty and central services representatives on the recommendation of the Publications Office.
Designers who do not comply with our corporate identity guidelines, who do not deliver on time, who overcharge or whose work is deemed by the Publications Office to be substandard will be removed from the roster by the Office in consultation with faculty and central services representatives.
Please complete the designer feedback proforma after completion of each design job and return to Anne-Marie Triggs in the Publications Office: a.triggs@uea.ac.uk, together with a copy of the completed design job (publication, flier, etc).
