The University of East Anglia presents the annual lectures for children.

The speakers will be Dr Andy Jones (School of Environmental Sciences), whose topics is "Playing with Energy - can computer games really make us fitter?" and Dr Rayna Denison (School of Film and Television Studies) "Christmas cartoons - the magic of animation at Christmas".

Admission is free, but booking is essential as the event is likely to be over-subscribed.

The lectures are suitable for children aged 7-14 years and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

The first lecture will start at 10.00am and the second is likely to finish at about 12noon. There will be a refreshment break during the interval where complimentary drinks will be served.
