Together with Bob Heath, Jane co-ordinates the Learning and Resources Centre (LaRC). Jane has managed the LaRC since its opening in April 2001. She provides a reception and help service for staff and research post-graduates in the use of all the services and facilities within the LaRC.
Jane (along with Bob) provides the second-line administration and staff support of Blackboard. Please send Blackboard questions to the staff helpdesk in the first instance.
