Nordic Translation conference

The second Nordic Translation Conference will take place Thursday 4 - Saturday 6 April 2013 at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, as part of the university's 50th anniversary celebrations.

The keynote speakers are Andrew Chesterman, Riitta Oittinen, Ástráður Eysteinsson, and Anna Mauranen.

Anjali Joseph longlisted for Man Asian Literary Prize

‘Another Country’, the second novel by UEA writer Anjali Joseph, has been longlisted for this year’s Man Asian Literary Prize, which is worth $30,000 to the winner. Colette Sensier at Spread the Word book launch
