This bursary is worth £5,000 and is equivalent to academic fees for a Home/EU student joining the MA in Biography and Creative Non-Fiction. All students, whether UK, EU or International, are eligible.

The award is funded internally and the recipient is chosen by the programme's tutors. The main criterion for shortlisting will be the quality of the candidate's application, including, crucially, the quality of the work submitted.

All students accepted for a place on the course are automatically considered for the bursary which will be awarded in September 2013.
