Welcome to the Learning and Teaching Service

The Learning and Teaching Service (LTS) is the central administrative service which supports students on taught programmes at UEA. We deal with all aspects of a student's University journey including:

We also help students understand the regulations for studying at UEA and deal with requests for concessions such us if you are unable to complete coursework, sit an exam or are unhappy with an aspect of your course.

Answering your questions

These pages are designed to help you find the information you need whilst studying at UEA. The menu on the left has been designed to guide you through each aspect of your studies but for some enquiries you will also need to go to your Hub. There are 4 Hubs where you can speak to staff in person about any questions you may have. See the Hubs pages to find out which Hub can help you and how to contact them.
In addition to the documents on these pages and help from your Hub you can also find information specific to you on your School webpage or Blackboard site (also known as the Portal) or by talking to your Personal Adviser.

Where to go for help

Alongside the Learning and Teaching Service there are a whole range of services available to UEA students to help you with every aspect of student life such as finances, accommodation, study skills, disabilities, health and emotional concerns. See the Advice and Support tab on the left to point you in the direction of the help you need or check out our How Do I? (FAQ's).
