Attendance Monitoring

Regulations for Attendance
Students are required to attend all lectures, seminars, workshops and other classes as prescribed by their course of study. If a student is unable to attend, due to illness or another unforeseen reason, they should contact their Hub as soon as possible to report the absence. For further information on types of absence please see the student attendance/absence pages.
You can find more information about university regulations on attendance in Regulation 13 of the University’s General Regulations for Students.

Attendance Monitoring
Academic staff are required to monitor and record student attendance at lectures, seminars, labs, etc. via e:Vision, or the portal as it is sometimes referred too.
Both written and video guides to this process are available below, Hub staff can also advise you.
