The Learning and Teaching Service (LTS) deals with all administrative aspects of a student's academic life including registration, module enrolment, assessments and exams, concessions, appeals and complaints. The service is divided into 4 Hubs (click here to find your Hub) which staff can access in person, by phone or by email.

The links on the left provide support for academics in their roles as advisers, teachers and assessors, explain the procedure for concessions, appeals and complaints and support  administrative staff in ensuring the smooth running of provision for students and academics. Further information and advice is always available by contacting your Hub.
