The Centre for the Built Environment (CBE) draws upon a cluster of expertise within and outside the University of East Anglia. The CBE team is delivering free European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)-funded business support through a series of bespoke CPD accredited seminars, webinars and other support showcasing the design, build and post-occupancy of the UEA Exemplar Low Carbon Building which is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and Passivhaus Certification. Through Adapt Commercial, CBE is also responsible for the generation of low carbon consultancy in the built environment for the Adapt Low Carbon Group.
