Deborah joined UEA as a part time lecturer in employment law in Sept 2008. Prior to that Deborah worked as a solicitor in private practice at Birketts and at Howes Percival Solicitors in Norwich. Deborah also works as a consultant providing employment and HR consultancy services to a number of national organisations.  Deborah has a wide range of practical experience and has particular expertise in the field of the TUPE Regulations and collective consultation requirements under the Trade Union and Labour Relations legislation.
