Current information relating to recent email access problems
IT staff have rebuilt the damaged database in the UEA Exchange server; all users should now have normal access to their email accounts. The recent Exchange Server upgrade generated a number of connection issues but Outlook and the new Outlook Web App are now working correctly. Read more

Upgrade to Email system for all staff and postgraduate research students
As previously communicated, all Staff and PGR email will be migrated over this summer to a new email system (Microsoft Exchange 2010). Migrations will commence the week beginning 14th May until the end of August, and will be scheduled as a phased process. Read more

Endnote is a reference management tool. This hands-on workshop is aimed at staff and students from all disciplines with no or limited experience of Endnote. Study spaces during the University main examination period
We anticipate that the Library will be very busy during the examination period from the end of April until mid-June. In response to requests from other users, Library staff will be clearing spaces which are unoccupied for longer than 30 mins to enable others to study. This includes pcs which may be logged off. Belongings will be placed in an adjacent box. Read more
