What is the system:
UEA Live (QLX / PMA) is the University's Finance system which consists of the following module:-
- Accounts payable (Invoices)
- General Ledger (Divisional / School expenditure)
- Project Accounts Project income and expenditure
- Client based purchasing module
- Web based purchasing module
- Administration of Project Grants
- Project Accounts Enquiry for Principal Investigators / Research Support Staff
How to access the system:
Staff requiring access to the client software are required to complete the QL access form located on the FIN intranet on the following link: http://www.uea.ac.uk/fin/ueanetwk/ql/QLaccess.pdf
Staff requiring access to the PMA Web- Project Accounts - (principal investigators / research support staff) should contact their Research Support Managers who are required to email the Research Business Services and Sue Johnson: s.a.johnson@uea.ac.uk to set up their appropriate access.
