The Library Strategy draws input from a number of sources including horizon scanning, focus groups and individual interviews as well as taking into account detailed feedback from the ISD survey, the NSS and PGT and PGR surveys.
The strategy identifies core priorities for the next three to five years, sets aims and objectives for new developments and improvements, and specifies measures to monitor progress and success in achieving those aims.
