The following guidelines were created to assist staff in ISD with communicating with users of their services. The guidelines cover the basic principles of communication and provide a generic procedure for delivering a communication. Appendices to the guidelines provide look up lists of groups of users (and whether an email list exists for them) and all the means of communication available.

These guidelines were produced by the ISD Marketing group and approved by ISDMT in September 2009. They are intended for use by ISD staff, but may contain information of use to any part of UEA wishing to communicate with the University community.
