The Library is a member of
SCONUL Access, a co-operative venture between higher education libraries. It enables staff, research students, full time postgraduates and part-time, distance learning and placement students to borrow materials from other libraries.

Information for those from other participating institutions wanting to make use of UEA Library
If your home institution is a SCONUL member and you are eligible to join the scheme you need to download a
SCONUL Application Form and submit it to your own institution who will then be able to give you a SCONUL Card. You then need to submit a
V2a Application form with your SCONUL Card, and your home institution ID card to the Library Helpdesk in the UEA Library.
Information for members of UEA wanting to make use of other SCONUL member Libraries
Provided you are eligible to join the scheme you will need to download a
SCONUL Application Form and submit it to the Library Helpdesk in the UEA Library to be given your SCONUL Card. You can then check the
information about members on the SCONUL Access site to find out if a particular institution is a member of the scheme and what their local requirements are.
