Can I pay in cash?
No, unfortunately Print Services are unable to deal with private cash work. All jobs must be submitted with an appropriate re-charge code. All cash customers should use the facilities within the Library.
What do you charge for?
We charge for any copies that are made in relation to the work you have asked for. This will include an allowance to allow for spoilage if your work is to be "finished" off-line, ie. if it requires comb binding we will produce one or two extra copies in case one is damaged in the finishing process.
Do you charge for collating and stapling?
No, the machines we operate collate and staple the copies in-line.
Do you charge for collection/delivery?
No - our delivery is FREE (please note that detailed information must be provided to ensure delivery to the correct location). We also offer a collection service from designated areas across campus.

Can I supply my own paper?
Afraid not- we have to ensure that the stock we use is compatible with our machines therefore only material purchased by the Print Department can be used.
Do you have and supply coloured paper and card?
Yes, we stock a full range of coloured papers and cards, swatches are available.
More information
Do you charge for putting holes in paper for ring binders, etc.?
We have a heavy duty machine for 'drilling' holes in paper (250 sheets at a time). Most small jobs only take a few minutes so we usually donn't charge, however, if it is a large job we make a charge. Please ask for an estimate.
Can you turn A4 copies into A4 or A5 booklets?
Yes, but this work takes a little longer so there may be an extra small charge for handling.
