Information about the system
What is the system:
This system provides a framework which allows simple publication and management of internet content and is being used throughout the University.How to access the system:
The UEA website is publicly available at http://www.uea.ac.uk/The editor for creating content for the website is available for those who have permissions to access it at https://cms.uea.ac.uk/polopoly
To get your access set up please contact Alison Dyer with details of which section of the site you need access to and you will be sent a user access request form to fill in and details of you need to get to sign that form to authorise your access. Once this form has been received your account will be set up and you will be informed via email.
Data owners:
Each department is responsible for the content within its departmental website.
Training and support

Polopoly training is no longer being offered by CSED due to the transition to a new content management system, Liferay. The transition will be phased and you may still need training to meet your short term need. If this is the case please complete the following form with details of your training requirement. The CMS team have a CMS mailing list to keep in contact with cms users. Users are added to this list at the same time their permissions are set up.

UEA's content management system contains over 20,000 pieces of content and gets over 14,000 visits per day. Average uptime (monitored by jaguard) is 99.80%.Future Directions
