We would like to make you aware that a small percentage of users have reported an issue with Outlook 2010 which we would like to alert the entire community to. The problem appears when an attempt is made to send an email in Outlook 2010 and items remain stuck in the outbox. Read more

Changes to booking for individual study rooms with PCs
From Wednesday 3 April individual study rooms with PCs will be available for half day bookings, bookable up to one week in advance as with other individual study spaces. There will no longer be a charge for using these rooms. Read more

UEA to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 from 3 April 2013
From Wednesday 3rd April, ITCS will start to roll-out Internet Explorer 9 to all UEA PC’s running Windows7 on Campus. This upgrade will happen in the background, and won’t require any user interaction with the update process.
