The LaRC is jointly managed by ISD and the Centre for Staff and Educational Development. It is available for all UEA staff and research postgraduates, and provides a really valuable space, where staff and research postgraduates can think, meet, learn and access all kinds of resources that enhance and support the University's staff development activities.

The LaRC is open to all UEA staff and research postgraduates, Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm.Location
The LaRC is based on Floor 02 of the Library building. Staff are based at the Archives and LaRC Reception Desk.Facilities
To support staff development the LaRC has a collection of learning materials available for loan, and IT resources including a multimedia machine (Apple iMac) and three PCs, two with scanning capabilities. Two additional PCs are based in the Surf Room. Equipment to copy VHS to DVS is also available.A range of equipment, including Audience Response Systems, portable data projectors, headset and webcam kits, Paper Show and wireless presentation remote controls, is available for staff and research postgraduates to borrow free of charge.
The iLab with its new breakout room (LaRC2) allows innovative thinking offering a new dimension to meetings.
The LaRC also houses a coffee area.
