How to access the system:

Access to the system is available only after authorisation by the Accommodation or Conference managers.

A website where students can apply for UEA accommodation can be found at www.room.uea.ac.uk

A site for booking guest suite accommodation can be found at http://guestbooking.uea.ac.uk/ueashortbreaks/

Data owners:

Information regarding Student Accommodation is owned by the Accommodation Manager, Paul Bailey.

Information regarding UEA Conferences is owned by the Conference Office's Revenue Manager, Lisa Bennett.
 

Who to contact for training:

Paul Bailey for Student Accommodation module and Lisa Bennett for Conference module.

Who to contact for support:

IT Helpdesk staff should be your first point of contact for any help or support required with this software.

This system is not for general access. Support and training documentation can be provided by CIS upon request.
