Information Communications and Technology (ICT) are essential elements in the majority of the University’s processes. Reflecting this, it is required that critical ICT resources are able to operate effectively, without excessive interruptions affecting operations.
This document sets out, at a high level, the ICT Contingency Plan for UEA. It is supported by a number of documents which set out, in detail, the procedures to be followed in the case of individual system failures. The purpose of this document is to provide a description of the management process and guide for the recovery of the information systems and associated processes immediately following an incident interrupting service.
