The IT Helpdesk is for registered UEA students and  UEA staff. Users can contact the helpdesk by email /web form, phone or in person.

What help is provided?

IT Advisors will try to answer individual student and staff queries about IT services. 

Please note:

• Students should see their tutor for problems with academic work or with the use of 'teaching software' such as SPSS, Matlab, Maple, ArcGIS etc.
• Advice about Laptops and Personal Computers is limited to helping with difficulties accessing the UEA network or electronic resources
