Can I user my own paper in printers in the IT areas? 
Unfortunately not. We have to ensure that the paper used is compatable with the printers. If you have a need to print or photocopy on colour paper, please speak to staff at the Reception desk who are able to provide advice.

I can't print a pdf document from within Microsoft Internet Explorer
The author can prevent printing, saving, copying, etc. However, if you can save to my documents do this and then open the file from there and try to print.

A printer in an Information Services managed IT Area (ie. in Library, ITCS or Arts 1, Floor 1) has run out of paper/toner
Please report this to  IT Helpdesk on Floor 0 of the Library. It is helpful if you could provide staff with the printer number so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Have you sent it to the correct printer? See Helpsheet P1a. If yes, please visit the IT Helpdesk on Floor 0 of the Library.

Where can I make payments on to my campus card for printing and photocopying?
UEA registered staff and students need to add credit to your campus card by either adding cash to your card using a Cash Acceptor machine available on campus or by making a payment online (minimum of £5) using the online payment facility which can be accessed via 'your account' available on UEA networked computers. Cash Acceptor machines are located on Floor 0 of the Library (main building and 24 hour IT area) and also on Floor 1 of Arts 1.

Library borrowers without an IT account can not print but can photocopy by using two available coin operated photocopiers located on Floor 0 of the Library.
