Information Services provides an IT Support Service comprising a help desk and second line technician support. We are striving to continually improve this service and have set out our goals in an IT Support User Charter document. The statements in that document are used to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against which we measure ourselves and report our progress, beginning in September 2012.
