Helpdesk call logging (Enterprise Service Desk - ESD)

What is the system?


Call logging software used by the ISD IT support staff for logging calls and queue management. IT technician teams use this software for the management of requests.


How to access the system:


UEA has a limited number of licences for this system. Requests to use this software should be made via the IT Helpdesk.


Who to contact for training:


Training will be provided by by IT Helpdesk staff if required.


Who to contact for support:


IT Helpdesk staff should be your first point of contact for any help or support required with this software.


Support / training documentation:


Documentation will be provided at the time of training and is available on the ISD Intranet.


Performance:


Currently only used primarily by ISD first and second level IT support.
