Keeping up to date
Social networks
Increasingly researchers are taking advantage of social networks and web tools such as Twitter, blogs, bookmarking to create new international contacts, share research ideas and promote research to the public.Research Information Network has a report with guidance on the use of social media by researchers and LSE has a project researching impact of social sciences which includes a guide on using Twitter.
Citation science
