In PrimoOnesearch, use the left-hand menu options to narrow down by audio_video, including CDs.
Members of the CD Music Library may recommend items for purchase using this online booking form.
Opening hours:
The opening hours for CD Music Library borrowing are as for Library Services. The opening hours for membership enquiries at the Library Helpdesk are Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.
Membership:
Membership of the CD Music Library is open to any member of the University with current Library borrowing privileges, on payment of the subscription. In addition, external readers with current Library borrowing privileges may join. The subscription rate must be paid in full when you join. Renewals may be made from the end of September.
The subscription rate reduces for those joining in the Spring or Summer teaching periods.
The subscription is ALL you pay: we do not make a charge per loan.
VAT increases have not been passed on - we are absorbing the costs and maintaining the same subscription rates - offering you even better value!

| The annual subscription entitles members to borrow from their date of joining until the end of September, or until the end of their Main Library borrowing rights if that is sooner. |
| If you join during the Autumn (up to the Christmas closed period) the full rate applies £20.00 (VAT @ 20%) |

Borrowing entitlement:
Members may borrow up to six items at any one time, using the self-issue machines. A boxed set of CDs usually counts as only one item. Boxes on display are locked. Once issued, remember to unlock your CD box at the Library Reception Desk after going through the security gate.Loan period:
The loan period is two weeks. Fines will be charged at 20p per day for late returns. Please check the disc is in the box on return.Renewals:
Loans can be renewed online (unless reserved by another user) using the My Account option on the Library Catalogue, on Primo OneSearch or via UEA portal, or indeed using the self-issue machines. Telephone renewals can be accepted on Extension 2993 (01603-592993).Reservations:
You may reserve items yourself from the Library Catalogue by clicking Request and logging in to your account.Fines:
Fines of 20p per working day will be charged on all overdue material.Lost or damaged items will be charged for at a standard rate of £16 per CD. The replacement charge for damaged plastic boxes is £2 per item.
These rates do not include any fines or invoice handling charges which may also be payable.
