This information is for staff wishing to apply for a UEA Campus Card and or IT Account. Please choose which category applies to you from the options below to find out how to apply and to download the appropriate application form.

Aleph Federation

Submit a V1 application form to theIT Helpdesk in the Library (to be validated by the User Services Senior Management).

Ensure that your signed contract of work has been returned to Human Resources. Once UEA Human Resources have processed your signed contract, please download a campus card application form and submit it to the IT Helpdesk in the Library.

Retired / ex UEA

Submit a V2b application form to the Library Helpdesk. Your application form should be submitted with supporting evidence of your employment at UEA (required by means of written letter confirmation from HR to be obtained by applicant) and covering letter stating the reason for your application. NB. A charge applies for ex-staff with less than 15 years continuous service.

SCONUL Access Scheme

UEA staff wanting to borrow from another HE Institution via the SCONUL Scheme:
Complete a SCONUL application form and submit it to the campus card point at the IT Helpdesk in the Library to obtain a SCONUL card.

Staff at other HE wanting to borrow from UEA via the SCONUL Scheme:
Complete a SCONUL application form in order to obtain a SCONUL card approved and completed by your home institution library before submitting a V2a application, your SCONUL card and your home institution ID to the Library Helpdesk in the UEA Library.
