The University of East Anglia runs both undergraduate and graduate internship programmes that are designed to be mutually beneficial to the host and the intern. These programmes provide a cost effective, flexible way for hosts to engage a student or graduate in their workplace for up to 12 weeks.
Internships provide students or graduates with the opportunity to enhance their employability by applying their skills in a professional context, enhancing their CV and obtaining relevant experience.
The UEA’s Mentoring Programme offers students the opportunity to talk to someone who has ‘been there and done it’ in a one-to-one relationship, where mentors can help students to make decisions about their plans and build up their confidence.
