DEV staff scoop awards in Transforming Teaching Awards 2016
It was a great night for DEV on Thursday 5th May with lots of recognition for staff contributions to the School. In acknowledgement of their impact, nominations were made for Marisa Goulden, Chris Hall, Catherine Locke, Martin Scott and Mark Zeitoun, while the following individuals were runners up in their shortlist categories: Emil Dauncey (Best Associate/PhD Tutor), Dabo Guan (Best PhD Supervisor), Bruce Lankford (Most Innovative Teaching) and Steve Russell (Most Inclusive Teaching).
Huge congratulations go to Hussam Hussein for winning the Best Associate/PhD Tutor category, Bryan Maddox for winning Most Innovative Teaching and to Gina Neff, winner of Best Support Staff.
The awards are run by the Student Union and are entirely driven by student nominations, so this is a great nod of appreciation to many DEV staff.
