International Development UEA provides programmes for individuals and small groups under the Professional Development Programme. International Development UEA can also provide customised courses for larger groups.

International Development UEA works with a wide range of international funding agencies such as the World Bank, UNDP, IFAD, FAO and other UN organisations. Fees for specialist training programmes are flexible and dependent upon factors such as the length of study period, the nature of the training and numbers of trainees involved.

Courses outside the UK

The courses held at the University of East Anglia in the UK can equally well be held in other locations. Where the number of participants is sufficient, considerable savings can be made by co-operation between International Development UEA, host government ministries and other institutions.

The Skills Development and Training Office

All International Development UEA programmes are administered by specialist staff who handle administrative details such as briefing, travel, reception, accommodation, health and welfare in order to ensure the well-being of trainees and the smooth running of programmes. The Skills Development and Training Office also provides the necessary UK preparation and back-up for training programmes which take place in other locations.
