£15,303 to £17,014 per annum pro rata

Post 1: 7.25 hours per week (Sundays) o Ref: SC2253
Post 2: 10 hours per week (Fridays and Saturdays) o Ref: SC2254

The post holders will work within a team to offer excellent reception service to guests within the guest accommodation at the centre of the University campus.

Duties include liaison with customers and service partners across campus, as well as general administrative tasks, in order to maintain our current high standards.

You must have a good standard of general education, and have proven previous experience of working in a busy customer facing situation, as well as fulfilling all essential elements of the person specification.

The working hours will be 8am to 4pm on Sundays for Post 1 (Ref: SC2253) and 10 hours per week covering two shifts from 4pm to 9pm on Fridays, and 1pm to 6pm on Saturdays for Post 2 (Ref: SC2254).
