Commercialisation and Patent Administrator (0.8 FTE)

£20,172 to £23,352 per annum, pro rata

The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of an excellent level of service protecting and ensuring the appropriate use of the intellectual property and technology. The post holder will monitor patent deadlines and correspondence, record commercial projects on electronic systems and process invoices.

Applicants will have two A-levels and GCSEs in Mathematics and English at grades A-C (or equivalent) with good IT skills. Experience of working with contracts and an ability to organise and prioritise workloads to assist in the rapid processing of agreements and marketing of UEA technology offerings to deadline is essential.

The post is available immediately on an indefinite part-time (0.8 FTE) basis.
