Outreach Administrative Assistant
(Maternity cover)

£17,503 to £19,606 per annum

We are seeking a flexible team player with sound office skills to work within our Outreach Team. Tasks range from supporting the organisation of campus events, dealing with enquiries from teachers and students to the administrative duties associated with the student ambassador programme.

Candidates should have:

  • experience of providing clerical or logistical support for a team
  • proven organisational skills with attention to detail
  • proven competency in IT
  • interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily with staff, students and teachers.
This post is available on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave and will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
