The post holder will be part of the Performance and Well-Being Project funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers, which will look at the causal relations between good management, employee well-being and productivity including how contextual differences influence this.

Duties of the post include conducting a literature review, contributing to writing up the report and organising project meetings in participating countries.

Applicants must have a Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant social sciences discipline, experience with conducting systematic literature searches and be able to fulfil the essential criteria in the person specification.

This post is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months.
