Pioneering Heterogeneous Organometallic-Mediated Electrocatalytic Reactions (PiHOMER)

The postholder will contribute to an inter-disciplinary research project seeking to both synthesise a variety of Lewis acidic boron-containing complexes and to study their ability to electrochemically catalyse small molecule activations when used in conventional frustrated Lewis pair chemistry and in combination with redox active organometallic catalyst complexes.

You must have a PhD in Chemistry (or equivalent) and be able to fulfill all essential elements of the person specification. This full time post is available for a period of three years.
