UEA Catering

£15,303 to £17,014 per annum

UEA Catering are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Chef to assist in running our large and busy restaurant kitchen, which provides quality, modern global cuisine using fresh, local produce to 15,000 students and staff as well as conference delegates and visitors.

You will have demonstrable recent experience of working as a Chef in a busy kitchen, and have NVQ Level 1/2 in a catering discipline/ City & Guilds 7061/2 (or equivalent qualification or experience). Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service, with a flair and passion for creating quality innovative dishes and enhancing the overall dining experience, are essential requirements. This is an exciting and challenging role for a motivated, committed team player.
