Norwich Business School (NBS) www.business.uea.ac.uk is seeking to expand its operations at UEA London and appoint a Professor to serve as Deputy Head of School to lead developments in London.

Located right in the heart of London's financial district at the stunning UEA London Study Centre, the School currently operates with 350 full-time students and an international faculty with twenty staff members. Building on its current success, the School is now embarking on an ambitious programme of growth to double the size of its London operations over the next three years.

The School is seeking an outstanding academic to lead this growth and provide leadership to support the School's strategic goals and its commitment to exceptional performance in research, student satisfaction and making a real difference in business. Evermore ambitious plans for the School make it the natural place for dynamic individuals who share our drive and enthusiasm, and want to be part of the academic leadership of the School.

The post is open to the fields of finance, marketing, human resource management and organisational behaviour.

Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, a well-defined and coherent research plan with published research of world leading and internationally excellent quality. Applicants must be able to satisfy all other essential criteria for the post.

The post is available from 1 April 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter and will be based at our UEA London Study Centre. The post is available on an indefinite basis although fixed-term will be considered.
