From discussing the preservation of moving images to practical production work, we offer a stimulating learning environment in which to explore and develop your interests.
Staff in the School of Film and Television Studies have an international reputation for high quality research and scholarship. Publishing extensively and with the majority of our research ranked as world leading, we are at the forefront of the field making the School an ideal environment in which to learn about film and television. It is because of our expertise that we have been ranked 4th out of 76 UK institutions for teaching satisfaction according to the 2011 National Student Survey.
