The following studentships are available for the 2012/13 academic year:
Ageing: The role of amino acid transporters in the development of sarcopenia (DTP 014 U13)
The deadline for applications is Friday 1 March 2013 and the start date will be 01 October 2013.
This project is part of the DTP competition. First round interviews will take place 10th & 11th January 2013. This project will be available if places remain unfilled after the first round of interviews.
The successful candidates will register from the advertised start date for a three year full-time MPhil/PhD degree. They will receive a stipend of £13,590 per annum (2012/13), UK/EU tuition fees and some appropriate training costs. International applicants will have to pay the difference between the home fees and the international fees.
