National Students Survey shows excellent satisfaction levels in Allied Health Professions

The School of Allied Health Professions has had a ringing endorsement from its students in the National Students Survey 2010: the School was joint top in the country for overall satisfaction for its Occupational Therapy course and joint first for satisfaction with teaching in Physiotherapy (98%) and Speech and Language Therapy (97%).

Professor Jacqueline Collier, Head of the School, Allied Health Professions said, “I am delighted that we have had such positive feedback from our students. The results are a great credit to all the staff in the School and a reflection on their dedication and passion for their professions – and, of course, the commitment, enthusiasm and energy they offer in the very best teaching and university experience for our students. I congratulate them all.”

The University of East Anglia is joint third mainstream English university for overall student satisfaction in the 2010 National Student Satisfaction Survey. The University’s students have placed it in the top five for overall student satisfaction every year since the survey began, six years ago.
