About the Festival
FLY is the University of East Anglia's Festival of Literature for Young people.
Launched in 2013, FLY is now one of the major literary festivals for young people. Its aim is to inspire them to read for pleasure, develop a love of the printed word, wherever it appears, and to discover the joy of creative writing. FLY brings together the best Young Adult writers – novelists, poets, playwrights and screen writers – and some of the most inspirational workshop leaders. The Festival runs every summer and is an exciting and glorious packed week of events.
FLY welcomes you to join the FLY family.
