Where invoices have not been paid with twenty-eight days of the invoice date and extension or instalment arrangments have not been approved (or, if approved, these arrangements have not been adhered to), late fees will be charged on a sliding scale as follows:-

| £26.00 to £100.99 | £25.00 |
| £101.00 to £500.99 | £30.00 |
| £501.00 to £1,000.01 | £40.00 |
| Over £1000.01 | £50.00 |
Extension Fee
Students who are granted an extension to the time allowed for payment of fees and charges shall pay an additional fee of £10 per invoice.
Payment Method
An administration charge of £10 will be made for any change requested and made to the method of payment
Unpaid Cheque/Direct Debit
There will be an administration charge made of £15 for any unpaid cheque(s) / direct debit.
