The 10th Annual MeCCSA Postgraduate Network Conference (2013)

Location: University of East Anglia

Date: 2 Jul 2013 – 3 Jul 2013

The University of East Anglia (UEA) is to host the 2013 Media, Communications and Cultural Studies Association (MeCCSA) Postgraduate Network Conference

Postgraduate students in the School of Film, Television and Media Studies (FTM) are delighted that their bid to host the 2013 MeCCSA Postgraduate Network Conference has been successful. The conference will aim to address concerns about future career prospects by exploring how new approaches can help postgraduate students develop into research and teaching professionals. With a focus on innovative presentation formats and training sessions tailored to the needs of postgraduates, the conference will bring young researchers together for an event that is exciting, useful and relevant.

Organised by a team of UEA postgraduates, the conference will be hosted by FTM in collaboration with other schools across the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, media@uea, and the East Anglian Film Archive.
