Biography
Key Research Interests
Research interests - international circulation of film and television texts and cultures. Japanese cinema is a central research focus, and the relationships between the national and the global with reference to American film and television. Interests in a variety of texts including anime, Japanese cinema, comic book movies and children's film and television, especially animation.
