Dancing with dinosaurs: behavioural change and the elusive pursuit of sustainability

Prof Andrew Fearne - Norwich Business School

Julian Study Centre lecture theatre, UEA

The sustainability of our food supply is something that many of us take for granted. Yet climate change, ethical sourcing, food integrity and food-related illness are just a few of the myriad of challenges that cast a veil of uncertainty over the future of our food supply. This thought-provoking talk will explore behavioural change at all stages of the food chain, without which some of its stakeholders risk suffering the same fate as the dinosaurs.

Free, no booking required. For more information, email events@uea.ac.uk or call 01603 592130.
