Antiques Roadshow
09:30 - 16:30 25 July 2013
Location: Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, UEA
Admission: Free to attend
Attendees: All welcome
We are delighted to welcome the BBC's ever-popular Antiques Roadshow to campus in our 50th Anniversary year. UEA has a special connection to the programme as experts Philip Mould OBE (AHM 78), one of the country's foremost authorities on British portraiture and Paul Atterbury (AHM 69), 19-20th century art and design specialist, are both UEA alumni.
The show will take place in the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts. Entry is free and open to all. Members of the public are invited to come along and have their antiques and collectables examined and valued by the Roadshow's army of experts. Filming for the show's 36th series will take place on Thursday 25 July 2013, which leaves plenty of time for sorting through your attic and rediscovering old treasures to bring along. More information is available on the BBC website.
