Car sharing is a great way to save money, make new friends and reduce emissions. You can share your daily commuter journey or longer but less regular trips such as journeys home for vacation.
To thank you for helping the University to reduce its carbon footprint those who share three time a week or more are entitled to:
- A reserved parking bay, to help you accommodate any changes in schedule
- Emergency guaranteed ride home service to ensure you're never left stranded on campus should a medical emergency occur
Through our database we can put you in touch with other UEA staff & students who make similar journeys as well as offering the added flexibility of a countywide/countrywide facility in case you can't find a match on campus. So even if you live in a remote rural area there's a good chance that someone on route is going your way.
