This highly energy efficient new residence building is required to meet increased demand for accommodation on campus.

During the next few weeks the intended area of development will be prioritised for seasonal grounds management works, this will including coppicing and hard pruning of shrubs and may involve the use of mini diggers.

On receipt of planning permission extensive enabling works will begin. As soon as we are made aware of the outcome of the planning permission request we will provide details of the enabling works, including times and dates. We will of course work hard to minimise disruption to all, and keep our student residents updated.
