No matter where or why you are travelling, please…

• Think about whether your journey is necessary. Do you need to travel? Can you achieve the purpose of your journey in a different way e.g. telephone or video conferencing, Skype?

• Contact the Travel & Transport Team to discuss your journey; they can help you review options and make more sustainable travel choices: transport@uea.ac.uk 01603 592353.

• Consider walking or cycling, even if this is not five days per week – there are health and financial benefits to doing this - Have you taken your 10,000 steps today?

• Catch the bus; there is a bus every 6 minutes between UEA & the city/rail station. Park and Ride is also available from Costessey.

• Join our car share scheme – save money on fuel and get a guaranteed lift home.
